About the Principal
DeEtte Loeffler focuses her practice on estate and tax planning for individuals and family businesses, and trust administration. She provides advice to help individuals minimize various taxes, including income, property, estate, gift and generation skipping transfer taxes. She assists business owners with planning, forming and managing business entities, including S corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies.
Ms. Loeffler’s estate planning services include counseling clients on their estate planning options, preparing documents to meet their individual needs, and assisting trustees, executors and family members to implement estate plans. She provides trust administration and probate services and prepares estate and gift tax returns as needed.
